Website that does not work properly and is from 2005. Absolute joke. The Toronto Police like to go around breaking the law and make it impossible to fight them on it. Sickening the corruption within the city.

The lady at the front to issue a counter ticket need to get train in customer service. The way she speak to people is very rude and I was suprise about it. I need to ask some question and obtain information but She is not giving chance to speak and said you will get mail. It’s just way she speak to people is not nice at all. Instead I went to the officer on the other side and he answer my question and he told me if I need more detail go to the same counter to that lady. I don’t think she should be in information desk.

Never had any issues, great staff help With information. Get there early and you'll be out within 25min Anything after 10am long wait.

Very bad service, totally wasting time and money. I got my ticket in Feb 2019, and went to the office for an first attendance meeting with the prosecutor because the ticket said I had the option to talk to the prosecutor first, I waited for two months and still no date for the meeting,on April 24 I came to the office to ask the staff to change my address cos I needed to move a week later,the two ladies in the information counter typed in their computer and photocopied my ticket,and told me "OK your address is changed and the notice will send to your new address" I went home and wait, nothing comes until I got the license suspension letter from Ministry of Transportation on September 22nd, so I have to went back to ask the Court office what happened, the staff told me that my address was never changed- still the old one in their system, I told them I did come to the office to change my address in the info counter on April 24th, and the staff asked me if I have the receipt with the stamp on it I said I have nothing, i saw the staff typed in her computer and photocopied my ticket,then told me it's OK, I have no idea why it didn't work, maybe they didn't train the person well and that staff never told me I can check the status by phone or on line just told me to wait for the notice. Today I just rushed to service Ontario to pay everything, because I need to drive today and no time to wait for them to reopen the case, I didn't want to go there again, only two Windows were opened when the place was full of people, most important thing is I don't think they take my request seriously , and fail to provide info for the people who is not familiar with their process, terrible experience!
