Walking On A Cloud

This shop has some nice shoes and polite staff. I was disappointed though that they would not let me return my $200+ shoes without the recipt I had lost even though I had only bought them a week prior, had proof of my online transaction in hand, and the staff recognized me. So I’ve had to make my second trip and invested a couple of hours in calls to finally return - only to be told that next time I would require a receipt. Nice place nice selection, polite staff, but annoyed to loose this time and truly as an organization they should have the capability to produce a receipt.
