It was the middle Of the day and the store was quiet. An employee pointed me directly to the sale items i wanted. I was in and out very fast.

Very clear COVID in store safety signage, I was impressed. I picked up an online order so can't say much else in terms of in store shopping experience. Prices are good, the sale prices are better!

Good stuff. Clean. Missing lots of typical sizes for men's boots but there was a sale. They made sure not too many people were in the store cause of COVID.

Curb side pickup is absolutely brutal. Nobody answers the number. No line up just a crowd of people hoping to get the items they've paid for. Took over 40 minutes of waiting in the cold to collect our order. Avoid at all costs.

Very good holiday sales and another 20% off for joining their rewards program... Short staffed, no one attending the fitting rooms or they would have gotten 5 stars
