Walking On A Cloud

I stopped by a few times to check out the place. The staff seem to be friendly and helpful as they ask me if I need any help. The shoes look comfy but the selection is very limited and the prices are not so cheap. I would invest in a good pair of shoes but I have not found any style that suits my taste. A few years back Walking on the cloud used to carry a bigger collection of shoes. I am not sure if the limited selection is only in this location or all other locations has the same limited selection,

This review is based on my visit to Walking On A Cloud - Eglinton Square Shopping Centre. I went in with the hopes of getting a pair of Birkenstock sandals... There were 2 associates who were attending to some customers. They walked past me for the 10 minutes I walked around the store and never once acknowledged that I was there. After attending to their customers a couple of people walked in and they started attending to them, almost as if I was invisible. I walked out and that ended my experience at Walking On A Cloud. Maybe it was because of how I was dressed (gym clothes) or my sleeve of tattoos or something else. Wish my review could have been more informative from a product/service point of view but unfortunately this is all I'm able to comment on.

Friendly staff always greet and assist you. This is my go to shoe shop.

Was window shopping. Staff wonderful and patient. Good selection of shoes.

Great customer service, rep I think was from the Fairview location before it closed down. Helped my grandma pick a good pair of shoes. Thanks ladies.
