Womens section/ selection is very inadequate. Small store with not much to see or buy.

Good location, decent collections Ok customer service

Ordered shoes online and they were sent form this store and they sent me used F'ing shoes - like the employee there wore them and they sent them out or something - i mean they switched them but what if i had sent this to someone as a gift ?

This store is fine but they need to start carrying the new releases on the day of. Even a couple wouldnt hurt.

Apparently the CSI customer service detectives thinks they know what used looks like. Tried returning my 12 days shoes because one of the left heel kept caving in. I can see why there's barely any customers there. Jay also recommended that I go to any Nike store to try and get it refunded there. When I came back to the store to tell Jay that the scarborough town centre doesn't take back products from footlocker, he said "that was quick". Jay basically sent me on wild goose case fully knowing that would work. I did everything that he recommended including calling Nike customer care and still nothing worked. Basically their policy of "satisfaction is our concern" is B.S. I'm looking forward to the day footlocker shuts down hahaha.
