Staff are friendly and not pushy. Prices are good but still need to compare with other retailers if you want to strike THE BARGAIN! There are so many styles to pick from for men, women and kids shoes. There is also a section for discount and final sale shoes, don't forget to check it out. The stock they carry in store is not the same as the website. Way more limited selection in the store. There is a huge free parking area right in front of the store. So, if you are driving fear not going there.

I got a great pair of sandals here with good support... bear paws. I always find what I want and like here. Great selection and friendly staff.

Rude staff...I went in to buy winter boots for my kid.Asked the tall apparently senior sales rep to come for help as I wanted to know if a bigger size is available.Instead of coming to help,he just stood there and replied so slowly making it impossible to hear .Eventually ,I went to him and asked again.Only reply I got in a strange way is that all stocks are there itself;he didn't even care to show me where are those different sized boxes so that I can find by myself. Giving one star due to poor customer service and rude attitude.

Stock is depleted for kids shoes if you're looking for Nike, Puma, Adidas. Only one size 10... Last low stock order online of course was cancelled, so this was my last ditch effort. Went across the street and found something.
