Went to this Moores location for the first time today and had a tremendous experience. Kudos to Greg and Manny for exemplary customer service! Manny, the consultant who assisted me, was phenomenal!!! Went in to update my wardrobe for my new covid size (ahem). He was able to not only provide me with what I was looking for but gave me some additional options to consider, which was very much appreciated! He also kept me fully apprised of the sales specials. At no time did I feel pressure in any way and Manny was fully able to propose options within my tastes. The personal assistance I receive from Manny and this store is what I look for in my shopping experience. They have earned themselves a returning customer!! Highly recommend you check out this location!! (Update to my initial review) Picked up my suits today as they required alterations. Greg assisted me and his customer service was exemplary. Definitely will be visiting this location going forward! Many thanks and kudos to Manny and Greg!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Al's customer service is beyond the roof. If you are looking for ANY occasion to dress up, I recommend Moore's Eglinton and ask for Sarah or Al. His uplifting spirit will make your purchase one to remember. Al, you're the man! Thank you for helping my Fiance and I with all our last minute wedding needs. You made this experience not only easy, but one to remember!

This is my favourite Moores store to buy clothes. I rather drive 45 minutes bypassing other locations closer to my house, to come here and shop. Staffs are very professional, experienced, kind and helpful

Sara and Manny are awesome! They take great care to listen to your needs and introduce new ideas to you for your suit. I just bought a custom suit for my wedding and I am excited to see how it turns out.

The customer service is really exceptional. The salesperson Manny, helped me in deciding what I should get for my wedding. Even though it was last minute they altered the suit for me and looked good for my big day.
