HORRIBLE customer service!! I ordered a pair of shoes for my 10 month old and after waiting 4 days for it to arrive at the location for pick-up, they refused to give the shoes to my Husband. Not a family friendly shopping experience at all. My Husband had a my e-mail with the order number. There were 3 staff standing around and none of them considered to pick a phone and call me to confirm I had sent my Husband. I later called to ask for a refund as I have no interest in going through with my purchase after such horrible experience. The manager told me that she could not issue a refund and I had to call customer service. Well.....customer service had to contact the store to issue the refund. Basically a manager with zero interest of actually doing her job. Very rude and condescending! Customer service offered me a discount which I refused. I have zero interest in making any purchases from a Softmoc going forward.

I had a pretty wow experience at this location myself. A lovely woman named Shannon helped me, and she was pretty incredible. She gave me honest advice, knew the product well, and even spent some quality time analyzing my specific needs, since my feet are seriously weird. The girl could double as a podiatrist, just sayin'. Thanks again for all your help!

Very Very bad and rude customer service. I can't believe how management is not aware of such bad service. I had bought Adidas shoes and wore 4 times and the material ripped from top. The shoe is defective. I drove for an hour and went back to return and was told by the assistant manager that nothing can be done, only the store manager needs to see it. Asked me to come back tomorrow. She was rude and unwilling to help. She Refused to give me her name to make a complaint to head office. Bad experience, I recommend you spend your money elsewhere where customers are appreciated.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. DID NOT HAVE MY ITEM FOR A SIZE EXCHANGED AND REFUSES TO GIVE ME A REFUND. WHEN THEIR MISSION STATES: We had a vision to create meaningful customer experiences through service and unsurpassed quality of product." So, tell me more about how your mission statement is aligned to how you treat your customers that are seeking solution to a problem initiated because you don't have an item in stock? VERY UNFAIR TREATMENT TO A CUSTOMER THAT FIRST: DECIDED TO GO TO YOUR STORE INSTEAD GOING TO THE COMPETITION; SECOND: ALL WANTED WAS AN EXCHANGE OF SIZES WHICH YOU DON'T HAVE; THIRD: ALSO DON'T RETURN THE CUSTOMER MONEY TO GO PURCHASE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. Feeling very frustrated.

The girls were not only not helpful but didn't even know how to measure for shoe size. They spoke loudly and goofed around amongst themselves. It was difficult to hear my helper. I am surprised that management is not aware of such immature and unprofessional behaviour.
