I ordered "cafe noir glace" which is ice americano asked to add syrup.
Employee asked me to confirm so I repeat "cafe noir glace, ajouter sucre" in french, and employee asked "san cream?" So I said no cream. She kept saying "it is complicated". What is complicated in this order?
Americano (cafe noir) doesn't have any cream at all actually, and I asked to add 'sucre' that's all. What is complicated?
The manager came back to me and asked so I repeated but he gave me "coffee with milk" even though I cannot diggest milk.
Then I gave up, so it's too bad experience for me, even though I ordered samething the day before and I got no issue.
Very good service. Hot chocolate, hash brown and sausage sandwich were excellent.
I understand that they were very busy, but the food was at most medium... And the wait, almost 45min to get a big Mac....
Sunday around noon seems like the busiest time of the day!!
Waitress was exceptional, however, prior two times before both the food and waitress sucked.
