Good service
Quality of service is passable, however I waited 20 minutes in the drive on a weekday morning. I understand that it was busy because nobody wants to go inside, but put more employees so your customers don't have to wait long and so that your employees aren't stressed out.
No waiting line, proper COVID19 safety measures. Staff is friendly and always stocked with chocolate timbits :)
Workers must be understuffed and underpayed. Stopped caring about customer service. Every time I go to this Tim's outlet, without fail, they mess up my order. Writing this review now because this happens EVERY time I go to this Tim Horton's and I am very tired of the extremely poor quality of service.
Ordered 3 hashbrowns only to be told at the window that they do not have anymore hashbrowns when I looked in my bag to make sure they did my order properly. Instead, there was 3 cups of potato wedges that they deliberately made me pay for without telling me that I was paying for wedges instead of hashbrowns beforehand.
