Excellent service. I serviced my machine and the technician was exceptionally polite and kind on the phone. In addition, I bought coffee in the store but returned home I realized that a grinding error had been made. I contacted Jonathan and received a delivery of the coffee with the corrected grind the next morning! The coffee is also excellent (Le Costaud)
