Had a great experience. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. They were honest with me while picking my frame, helping me find one that I liked and suited my face. The physician was amazing with working with both of my young children during their exams. She utilized multiple methods to assess their eyes and tailored the exam to their development stage and then explained everything thoroughly to me. Great modern selection of frames, even for kids. Definitely recommend for young families. Thank you

Audrey was extremely helpful and patient while I was trying to find the "perfect" frame. I never did find that frame but Audrey worked with me to get into the same frame I had before but in another color. Would be nice if there were more choices of frames to choose from, especially in gold or silver rather than all the dark colors. Everyone, from the doctor to the ladies up front, are very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Samantha was very helpful and informative. There is a large selection and she was very patient as I tried on various frames. Excellent service and I'm very happy with my selection!

Awesome customer service thank you Audrey.....been taking my son there for all his glasses since he was 4..willbe 10 in a couple of weeks..the lastest pair from January is the kids Nanos which are extremely flexible and found out tonight the part of the frame glows in the dark another cool feature of these very flexible/durable bigger kids glasses... I would recommend them for their products and customer service...thank you
