H&R Block

OMG! DO NOT trust this place with your taxes. They make so many mistakes. They are so unprofessional. The funny thing is I was worried when I went there because they looked like they didn't know what they were doing. Very unqualified people. So expensive for nothing and bad service. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I've been getting my tax returns done at H & R Block for over 10 years. I always great service. Since moving to Whistler in 2013 I\'ve been going to the Squamish H&R office and the service has also always been great. However, during my most recent visit I met with Ms. Gloria Maciver. She went above & beyond not only with my tax return but as a human being! She listened to me & made me feel like a person as opposed to just another appointment. She explained everything clearly and provided follow-up assistance to resolve my particular issue. AMAZING!

Fantastic experience! The process was streamlined and simple with the help of the great employees at this H&R. Everything was explained thoroughly and in a none bureaucratic Speech.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Don't waste your time and money here. Not only service was bad, they actually couldn't do their job properly either. Never going back.

Paid quite a bit of money for extremely slow service. Not only slow but the lady did not seem to really know what she was doing- a little frightening. We had to remind her that we had charitable donations. I would think that a tax professional would be looking to help us find the most refunds possible and ask us those sorts of questions. Hopefully she didn't miss any other credits or refunds! Disappointing experience and we will not be going back.
