Worst customer service I had ever experienced. The girl from the till will demand your backpack and if you don’t want to give her your backpack and decide to leave she will call her manager (Ken) who also has no customer service and a very poor attitude. If you are in town and need something drive to the next town - don’t ruin your day with these guys. By the way, Ken and entitled employee of the store -I didn’t came all the way from Calgary steal from your store. Please learn some customer service skills and some people skills.
