We drove all the way from Trois Rivieres to saint Ferdinand, to eat in Le William. When we entered the restaurant we forgot our mask and the waitress was so mad and mean about it. She stayed mad at us during the whole time we were there. It was really a bad service. The food was not great. Only the fries were good. It’s a shame because the restaurant is really well located. Also I think the owner or the manager was there and he was smiling and being nice to customers. There was another nice waitress, too. But the one who served us was just not nice at all I felt really uncomfortable. Sorry, I don’t think we will ever go back. I really had a bad experience.

Nice place in a good location. The food was ok but arrived cold. Very long service and yet not too crowded.

Nice place ! Dynamic service! Too bad the waitress behind the bar, unlike the others, does not wear her mask adequately (under her nose) while walking around ...
