This school is the ideal place to register your child in. The front desk staff are very helpful and nice, and the environment in and around the school is great. I met with some of the teachers, and they are all very patient and nice. Definetely an excellent school choice!

Terrific school, this school offers English and Chinese programs from Grade 1 to 6. Staff are friendly and helpful(especially teachers) Overall a great school to register your child.

This is a terrific school. It’s a bonus that it is within walking distance from where we live. It has both an English and Mandarin program. The English program offers small class sizes with great teachers. It is extremely multicultural which allows kids to learn acceptance and respect from a young age. The on-site after school care EASCA is a plus too and it is a fantastic program. I have one child attending and another starting in fall ‘18 and we couldn’t be happier with this excellent school.

When we were looking at schools to register my son in last year for Kindergarten we looked at several different options for schools. We decided on Meadowlark Elementary because it is walking distance from our house, the teachers and staff are really awesome and there is a high level of academics there. It's also great that the classroom sizes are somewhat small so that the teachers are able to offer more help for students. My son has met some really great lifelong friends and it's so nice to have those friends in our community. I think a lot of people have misconceptions about Meadowlark because it offers a Mandarin program (which I hear is also really great!) and they think that the whole school is a Mandarin program. But my son is in the English regular program. It's great to see at lunch times and recesses that the kids all play together and there is a strong sense of community within the school. For parents that work, it is such a bonus to have the Edmonton After School Care Association (EASCA) program right in the school. We know several children that go to EASCA after school and the staff also seem to be really great. I would strongly recommend Meadowlark to anyone looking for an all round excellent school for their child- academically and socially.
