Nice easy hike. Phone died so didnt get pictures. This is the little rest spot just before the townsite

Not much to see. Nice easy trail in though.

While not the most amazing set of ruins, the hike gave us a good push with beautiful views. Passing by several creeks and streams, this 6k hike leads to a large clearing where, at first, there appears to be no town left. However, if you go a little further, you find the remnants of the foundation of the hotel as well as about 100' of brick ovens next to a hill composed entirely of charcoal ashes. Impressive site to be in the ovens over 100 years after they were abandoned.

Difficult to find actual townsite - located on way back down. Cemetery and minesite 2 easy to find / well marked. Moderately challenging hike with lovely views and shocking Aspen's under the powerlines
