When the previous owners were part of this place I had an amazing experience. I had two insurance products and had an amazing deal and I actually felt like they cared. After they left, I had moved away. I called them to get a letter for my new insurance company. The lady I talked to couldn't find any of my information, didn't return my phone call after promising to figure it out, didn't respond to an email I had left, and was telling me I was never a client (I was with them for close to two years). I finally managed to get someone who found the information I needed in 5 minutes instead of the week I was waiting for an important insurance document. I used to think they were great, but that experience has made me never want to use the agency again

Cooperators insurance covers my home and vehicles. Great rates and exceptional service. The Drumheller office is always quick to respond to questions. I've had two claims and both in the last month. A home burglary and hail damage to a vehicle. Having rarely used insurance, I was unsure of the process and mostly doubted it's efficiency. I was so wrong. The burglary claim was determined fairly and efficiently, and deposited in my account 26 hours after the claim was made. I was amazed. It hailed a week later. I took my car for assessment in Calgary, and the two assessors were friendly and professional. I left my vehicle at the recommended repair shop and three days later received my car in the best condition it's been in for a long time. No dents, shined up, quick and simple. Cooperators, you've got my respect. Well done!!

They raise rates twice a year They do not protect your assets just their bottom line..... Phq a mandatory product that does not protect my assets! They sell home insurance in the Alberta badlands they know the 99% of the land is gumbo land and yet when your house shifts to the point of destruction the lolly gag with a verdict on if they are going to cover the claim mean while you cover the cost out ou your pocket and the insurance does not cover your home yet they sell insurance that is mandatory for your home Bottom line they sell an imaginary product that gives you a false sense of security... when truthfully the do not value the customers The care about their bottom Line and pick an choose what to insure Folks in the badlands live on gumbo land And what you people sell is a lie To steal our money !
