RBC Royal Bank

With the exception of the smallest lady and the youngest lady the all female bank tellers seem to posses some sort of bizarre superiority complex. I assume they are judging me by the worn out and somewhat shabby appearance of the work cloths I am usually wearing when I come in. I can not imagine that all clients of this small town bank are met with the harshly condescending tone of mild neglectfulness and bitter indifference that I have regularly received from most of these woman

Horrible service, was trying to withdraw some cash, and ends up close all accounts.

One of the worst branches of the Royal Bank chain there's not enough room in this review to write all the problems I've had with that Branch. I strongly recommend any Financial institution in Drumheller other than the Royal Bank branch I have lived in Drumheller most of my life this Branch was the reason I couldn't even with them 10 plus years ago and an it will be the reason I quit dealing with them again. Try to cash my paycheck and they say they cannot negotiate the check how to drive to Stettler cash my check at my home branch cashed it no problem just like always didn't even offer an explanation why they couldn't cash my paycheck at that branch .The teller is exact words were we cannot negotiate the check can you call the number on the check I'm like what the f you're going to make me drive all the way to Stettler to cash my paycheck never again will I step foot in that branch I would recommend the same to you
