The ladies are very nice and helpfull. Everytime I come in I leave with a smile😁

I didn't have to wait long at all. Last year I waited almost 1 hour to renew my registration. This year was faster because of Covid I'm thinking. Atleast in Whitecourt there's multiple people that can help you get done. In Mayerthorpe there's only one MVD Clerk and there's been times I've left. If there's around 6 to 7 people waiting in line it can be over a hour wait easily.

Called to ask a question. Was put on hold without even a hello first. Then after waiting on hold, she came back on and said that I had better make it quick. Wow.

This 1 star is the accumulation of many attempts to do business here. I am open minded and very accepting. Save yourself the hastle. Seriously go to Mayerthorpe.
