Drive-thru order: Waited 15 mins with 2 vehicles in front of me, which was fine, but I ordered a PIZZA MELT and the gave me a HAM AND SWISS!! Got my order completely wrong, and I’m local, this happens a lot. 2/10 stars

Never a bad experience....get what you want the way you want it... staff wearing masks behind protective sceens as it should be and you'd come to expect. Residents of Whitecourt , travelers eyc stopping for a sandwich...absolutely clueless with no respect to safety or modified edicate with respect to covid 19... 12 people in there milling around touching faces, door handles , standing far far to close not 1 mask seen in the store or town all day except by staff members at subway... good job subway... the rest of you...FAIL! Apparently Whitecourt's protected from covid 19 unlike the rest of us....

I repeated my order multiple times and they still didn’t do my sub like I wanted it to be. Simple salami and bacon sub but only the bacon toasted, not the sandwich. After saying it three times I thought he understood what I meant and he still put the hole sandwich in the toaster. Worst subway ever!

Clean, friendly and fast service. Delicious footlong subs!

Had a meatball marinara sub. Took it to go and it was still hot when I got to eat it. Friendly staff.
