Plaka Greek Taverna - Okotoks

Have you ever went out for dinner and felt at home? This restaurant is amazing! I stopped by for dinner with a friend one night and had 5 star service and the most delicious meal. We were stuffed but had to order dessert. We weren’t disappointed. Heather was very helpful and recommended some amazing dishes. The chef even came out and introduced himself which we really appreciated. I’ll be returning again soon.

I do a lot of reviews and have never given a 5 star rating. The food is amazing and authentic. the atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant is great, and the folks (owners and staff) are all really nice. An awesome evening of slow appreciative dining that won't break the bank.

We having been ordering takeout from Plaka the last few months and thoroughly enjoying it. It is consistently delicious. We all like the souvflaki, especially the chicken. My husband really likes the moussaka as well. It is not inexpensive but the serving are generous and it feels like good value. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

The Plaka in Okotoks and Calgary are both terrific! This is the place to go for the best kleftiko in Alberta. The service is great, they always make you feel like family. 110% recommend going here
