Great food for good price, friendly staff... HOWEVER... Remind your staff to clean Interac key-pads, at BOTH the inside counter AND the drive-thru window. In the Okotoks, Alberta location the staff are NOT cleaning their key-pads after each customer - I had to remind them after I used it to manually enter my account payment (I don't have touchless payment)...after I paid the cashier automatically set the key-pad aside to start preparing the next order, until I TOLD HER to clean it! Let's not get the elderly population in small town Okotoks, Alberta and elsewhere SICK! Thanks

Much better than last time. Gave me my coffee while I waited for my breakfast this time, which is appreciated.

We visited the drive though window tonight placed our order and advised the employee that we had a coupon and what it was for. We get to the window and some dirty scissors are shoved in our face and we’re told to cut out the coupon. As this is the time of Covid we declined and I hurriedly tore out the coupon not realizing that it was the wrong one. We then paid - we’re not even a receipt and we’re provided with our food. Upon driving out we realized we were overcharged so I went back to asking why we were charged too much. I started speaking to the male employee who served us at the window, however he ignored me and walked away. I then addressed the female employee who seemed to be paying a bit more attention who then went and produced the bill and informed me that actually based in the coupon that I was given a discount. I then explained in my haste I grabbed the wrong one and I could get the correct one for them. I was told that it was impossible to apply the correct discount now as they’d have to refund the amount and recharge it and they got in trouble with the owner last time that was done. I said I was surprised at the lack of service and left. My wife and I also commented to ourselves regarding the poor repair the building seems to be in with pealing paint and partially sprayed repairs. I am surprised the A&w is not making more of an effort to ensure that their franchises are leaving the right impression. We certainly won’t be back.

Was with a client trying to advocate for him. He ordered a combo and asked for a milk shake upgrade and payed for it. They came later to say the machine was down so I asked if we could have a apple juice instead. I then asked her if there was a price difference, with a reply of "actually ita more expensive" I knew that she was just being lazy and didn't want to do the refund, so i looked up the individual prices. When i confronted her about it, she kept saying, "no, sorry, youre wrong" Like really? I coyld make you ring it up so you underatand YOURE LYING TO YOUR CUATOMERS AND YOURE WRONG. But instead i am writing this review as, again im here here advocating for my client.
