How is it that when I come in with a coupon for 2, 4 piece chicken strip baskets with fries and drinks and sauce for $13.99 I still end up paying $19.94 with absolutely no upgrades. Plus we received buffalo sauce instead of sweet and sour that we asked for three times.... very disappointed...

We went through the drive through. Service was good but a little on the slow side however I think the person in front of us just hadn't decided what to order so not the staff's fault. We had blizzards and they were good. Both were turned upside down for us (which I find rarely happens) so that was a pleasant change. Friendly staff when we got to the window. Only complaint would be the state of the drive through - very icy and bumpy because of the ice. Add a small hill and it's an accident waiting to happen when someone is in too much of a hurry and not paying attention.

Called to have a cake made for my sons birthday, he loves to have ice cream cake for his bday. I asked about a theme cake, I was told they could not do it because their machine was broke? All they would offer is to write on it, that’s it. Unfortunately my son was really hoping for a Star Wars cake. So I phone the high river store, totally different tone on the phone, happy to help, said he could have any picture or theme on the cake he wanted. Guess I will make the drive out to high river instead of driving 5 minutes from my house. So much for supporting local.

Closing time isn’t the closing time. We haven’t been to DQ in ages. We went there a couple nights ago. Google Maps said it closed at 9:30PM. We rolled up at 8:50. Employee cars in the lot - Closed. Went tonight. Closing posted as 9:30PM and we rolled up at 8:40 this time - essentially an hour before closing. Employee cars in the lot - Closed Again. Seems the employees are closing shop and heading home early.

Prices seem very expensive for what you get. Always long wai in drive through and can barely hear the drive through attendant. Great ice cream though!
