Real World Electric - 24/7 Electrician

Dealt with Bart some time ago on wiring a basement reno project and garage wiring. I have since spent many hours and dollars correcting the horrors of extremely poor and sloppy workmanship, careless routing of wires, filth, hanging wires and safety violations of many sorts left behind by Real World Electric. I also found Bart and Real World Electric to be completely Non-Responsive to all my concerns. In the case of improperly installed garage heaters, Bart routinely ignored all my attempts at contact. Bart and Real World Electric hoped all his mess and problems would disappear in this case. I happened across Real World Electric when searching for something else, and felt obligated to leave this honest and frank review. I would not recommend Real World Electric for any project of any scale whatsoever.

RWE does fantastic electrical work! Bart responded emediately to my initial inquiry: he came out to my new home construction site to review the work detail and provide a quote. The two man electrical crew he sent out were both professional and well versed in their craft. He ensured that all components installed in my home were top quality. Their work was also very neat and tidy. The inspector even commented on that fact when reviewing the electrical. His men also worked very fast and efficiently. A really pleasant experience with RWE who helped us install our exterior lighting recently. A few factors that really exceeded my expectation of the project are highly competitive price, knowledge/idea shared with us, availability and punctuality, quality of service and last but most importantly their caring behavior towards us clients that really meant a LOT to us. Bart was very kind in offering us some minor fix in the nursery room after the actual job was done and did not give us the sense of "the clock is ticking" and rather offered to even stop by at a later date to help fix a tiny but old issue we'd been having in the house.
