Awesome service
Although there is now 4 Tim Horton in Strathmore AB and they are all ok, this one here is my favourite.
That is for one reason.
The staff is truly friendly and I feel that they truly try to put a smile on your face.
You know a Tim's is horribly managed when a drive thru lane can fill up and empty itself 3 times in the time it took 4 customers inside get served.
Guess I shouldn't be suprised anymore at this point though. 😂
Just left this Tim Hortons 10 mins ago, heading down highway for the zoo. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches with hashbrowns and a bacon/egg wrap.
We received NO hashbrowns....and the wrap had a disgusting hashbrown in it completely smothered in a nasty sauce that was not ordered. Also, not 1 napkin was in the bag. Awful service!
Usually get coffee at McDonald's that is next door to this Tims. McDonald's was five deep on both drive through lanes so to speed up when there.
