Paid for fast shipping but my package status was “on delivery truck from Clarimont to Grande Prairie” for FOUR WEEKS I called last week which was no help at all. I called again today, to be told my package was delivered on the 17th of September! So basically I received no email or anything to tell me my package was delivered and it’s now OCTOBER 6th, I waited basically FOUR WEEKS for this package. I’m definitely going to avoid ordering packages that go through FedEx.

I’ve been waiting for a parcel for 2 days. It’s been “out for delivery” since yesterday morning. Wasn’t delivered yesterday because of “adverse weather”....when the weather was perfectly fine. Now it’s 6 pm and I assume I won’t get it today either.

Absolutely horrible , drive all the way there and there closed down for hrs in the middle of the day. So I drive back there hrs later and they can't print tags for anything so they sent me to Grande Prairie lol . I highly recommend using someone else !!!!
