Best root beer in the world! One time I was on foot in downtown Bangkok, Thailand, 41°C and no convenience store in sight, my tongue dragging on the sidewalk. Almost gave up and died, when all of a sudden was face to face with an A&W. Went in for a root beer in a frosted mug! Saved my life!

I have liked A&W since I was a teenn but this one in Valleyview is changing that. At the drive-thru, I was asked what kindof dipping sauce we wanted, I said "sweet and sour" and it showed in the screen. I ordered a mamma burger meal deal, with root beer. I also ordered an order of sweet potato fries. When we got home, no dipping sauce and no fries with the mamma burger. I called and asked to speak to the manager in duty and the wioman who answered said " we do not have manager on duty, I am the best you 'll get". I told her what happened and that I was telling her so they would know why I am noit coming back. She said :OK sorry 'bout that". SHe did not sound at all sorry

First time I ordered spicy chicken wrap with extra sauce and this a&w actually put extra sauce on it very impressive clean restaurant and friendly staff

Wondrous things to eat there.

I remember as a child, eating at A&W. I remember the sounds and smells, all the popping grease, and dripping coffee. The men laughing in the booths, sharing the moments of their lives. In those days, I had no hernia, no bald spot, no chronic illness or pain. Just a burning passion for life, and the energy and time to love it. I miss those days. I miss them like a flower misses the summer, ever yearning for its return. But it is not to be. As the flower, my time to bloom has passed, and another shall take my place. All that is left, is to enjoy these fleeting moments, to soak up any autumn sun I can. I am not ready for eternal rest yet, but I grow weary. A&W helps distract me from that. God bless you A&W. Bathroom sink had horrible pressure though.
