Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Staff is amazing, friendly, and always greets you with a smile. Food was served right away, with a very small wait time. Everyone was wearing there masks, and was doing there best to social distance. By the looks everything was very clean, and everyone was sanitizing and washing their hands. Food was delicious, and cooked just right. This is by far one of the best dairy queens I have ever been to, and definitely recommend going here.

Amazing customer service. I was traveling through and needed an ice cream cake. I had packed a cooler with me but it wasn't quite large enough. The staff went above and beyond to pack the cake in ice so that it made the 1.5 hour trip to a lil girls first birthday.

Looks like your average DQ, pretty clean. But the two ladies attitude behind the counter was filth. Vacant eyed woman doesn't say anything and when she does its in a whisper. Ghost lady wouldnt enter order without an exact order. Snotty manager paced in the background "helping" us by telling cashier what we want, then maintains poor attitude to us as of we work there as well? She then proceeds to do traditional blizzard flip and pours all the sprinkles from our christmas blizzard on the counter. A sweep with a hand, the sprinkles now behind counter on floor but not in the blizzard. Very bizarre blizzard experience. Would not go again

Very Slow through drive through. Waited 25 minutes before even being able to order. Waiting longer to pick up food. Overall took nearly 40 minutes just to get some icecream.

I’ve stopped here 3 times on my way through town and every time I’ve had to repeat my order more than twice over the intercom because they don’t listen to what you’re saying. “Hey can I get a number one combo, no tomatoes or onions and with a coke please?” “Want fries or a drink with that?” That’s a combo is it not? And then you get your order and there’s tomatoes and onions on it. Every. Single. Time.
