Gold Fountain Restaurant

My favorite place for Chinese dishes.

Lovely family restaurant, the food was delicious, fresh and very large portions, the staff was very friendly and attentive.

WE live in the same town as this restaurant and although the food is good, the person who answers the phone does not speak very good english. We ordered extra sweet and sour sauce but it never got delivered. The container of sweet and sour that did get delivered was only half full. When I called to let them know, I could not even understand what she was saying. I could pick out that she said "You no touch your money" but other than that, we couldn't understand a word she was saying. This leaves no venue to lodge a complaint so I take matters into my own hands and write a review. There should have to be a person to answer the phone that can understand and speak conversational english at least. I'm quite disappointed in the customer service.

Good food good service

Horrible place. Rude waitress! tell a customer that just said a complaint about the soup and get told f%#@ you because I refused to pay for the soup.. I gave exact change for everything else I ate. Tried to explain to her that I only tasted it. She could see the bowl was right full. All I tasted was the broth and it tasted like water. No one deserved to get argued with or swore at. I will never go there again!. Couldn't be civil.
