Grains Bakery Cafe

Large portions. Changing specials. Always delicious. If you want a soup and sandwich for lunch this is it. The bread is fresh and soft. They always have good items for deserts. And usually sell some extras from the locals. Really feels like a warm cozy place.

Very disappointed today... me and my family come here all the time. My wife and I got there at 2:40 and they were closing at 3:00. We went for soup and when we went to order a girl from the back came and wiped the soup off the menu so we asked the girl at the front if they were out of soup. She went to the back and asked a girl with purple hair. She said they still have soup but they aren’t serving soup anymore today. We asked to talk to the girl in the back because we didn’t understand why we couldn’t order soup if they still had some but the girl refused to come talk to us to explain why. So we ended up leaving. She put the girl at the front in an awkward position because she seemed to not understand why we couldn’t order soup either.

Really friendly service and great coffee. Grains does a great job in abiding to the current sanitary requirements offering hand sanitizer and all staff properly wearing masks unlike other cafes in the city

Great store for delicious pastries, bread and other goodies. Service has always been good and very good quality products.
