Financial advisors are a nightmare to get ahold of, they never return phone calls or emails. Had to go in in person a few times just to talk to someone since trying to contact them any other way was impossible. It was inconvenient to say the least.

Scotia bank its self is good but this branch is just terrible it seems as the financial advisers have no idea what they are doing , long and tedious processing just terrible, go to a different branch

Absolutely the slowest people at this location. Even with no people in line it takes forever to do anything. The staff seem friendly but are beyond slow for any service they do... Stay away unless you want to grow old while they get their act together.

Liars. They went back on a mortgage agreement that was promised to me when we signed our mortgage. Told me it was due to new business rules that occurred 4 years after our mortgage was signed. Just take your business elsewhere.
