While the transient population can leave something to be desired, it is still a 24 hour one stop shop for snacks and treats for any occasion. Just maybe visit with the younger ones when the sun's out, over when it's gone to bed.

Always open, always junked out at night. Not a great place to spend time

It's a 7-Eleven; I have no complaints. Good selection of snacks and quick meals, which is usually all I want if I'm in there late at night. Not sure why all the other reviewers are so negative about the presence of our homeless population. It's just people. Chill out, toss 'em your change if you have any. Never had an impolite encounter with anyone at or around the store. Would be nice of the local businesses to petition the city of Langley for more benches in the area, if anything.
