Red Wing

10/10 would Highly recommend this location! Very friendly service and every employee was very knowledgeable! Despite being SUPER busy on weekends they were very efficient and surprised me when they managed to get my toe caps done in an hour while I did a quick Costco run! (Keep in mind if they are busy there may be lineups outside the store due to covid limitations). Been hearing so many great things about Red Wings so I can't wait to show off my first pair!!!🔥🔥🔥

Well well well.... Here I am again buying another pair of boots. Do I have a shoe problem?? Maybe ... but I tell you once again Red Wing hit it out of the park with who they chose to hire in order to further my boot addiction. Today I was at their Langley store and met Sarah who clearly knows her way around Red Wing products. I left the store with a smile and a new pair of boots ... oh and also a leather bag that I’m in love with.. (how did that even happen??!! ..lol) So beyond impressed with not only the products but also with Miss Sarah who is the reason I will be coming back again. 10/10 for customer care and chit chat... I’m sure she’ll be getting a day off with pay.. right Red Wing? Right ?!!! :)

I have no experience to review about the store itself, but the employee working today was rude. My 5 yr old had spilled a bag of powder all over himself while in the car. I pulled his booster seat out to shake it off and in the process, a few of his candies fell out. Not even 30 seconds later she opened the door and rudely told me to pick them up and put them in the garbage can. Would have been nice for her to atleast wait before commenting as I had every intention of picking them up after getting my son buckled back in. She should take their advice that is painted on their window....BE KIND!

Excellent. They served me in a professional manner. Nice and knowledgeable. Gave me advice and recommendations. I feel welcomed there and will come back here for another pair of boots when i need

Me and my dad went in both walked in got properly fitted with great customer service and both walked out happy with a pair each. Highly recommend this store
