This store is such a joke -
My husband went to shop in there, I stayed with the kids in the van to keep the store less busy. And the girl at the front claimed to see my husband sneeze in the van while he was parking.
Then she had the audacity to send out 3 young kids to tell my husband he wasn’t welcome in the store.
We had just gotten take out and he had finished his food when we were pulling in so he wiped his mouth with a napkin. Don’t even know how she saw him pulling into the lot ?
He was wearing a mask and keeping a respectful distance and they still turned him down. I am not impressed with how rude they were too. My husband was embarrassed infront of other people by making him look like he was a walking virus. The looks he got to from others. We’re not happy with this situation.
I went in to do a quick look for my boyfriend. (Christmas) I asked for help from a young lady who was cleaning up some racks - I asked if she wouldn’t mind helping me in the shoes. She dropped what she was doing and jumped in. She not only brought me the shoe I was interested in but she also brought me another she thought I might like. Her name was Ester and she was SOOOO helpful.
The first time I went the service wasn't good. Went back today and the service was excellent. A young girl went out of her way to help me find what I needed.
Love this place!! Always have great sales and the manager and staff are amazing! Very helpful even with social distance. Good job guys you rock!!
The spot was great but my biggest concern was that they said my creator pass was expired when I just got my game changer status about a week ago, I asked why but they didn't bother to investigate and went ahead and charged me.
Little disappointed but the products they had were great
