I was assisted by JP in getting two suits and additional accessories. He was entirely helpful, genuine, knowledgeable and made options available without obviously pressuring a specific sale. I had my suits hemmed and met a different sales agent upon return. Although I did not catch his name and our interaction was much more brief, he was polite, helpful and respectful as well. The prices at Moores were completely reasonable so I had no issues in finding what I needed and supporting a Canadian company and quality staff in the process. The chain and this store in particular come highly recommended by me.

Store is great, and the customer service is 100%! The lady and the gentleman that assisted us were so kind, respectful, and went out of their way to help us! We went to buy some pants and a shirt for my husband, we had so little time to get them, and they helped us get what we needed. We are definitely going back.

Excellent inventory, professional help and good prices

Great selection of top quality men's wear and dress shoes. Slacks and jeans generally over100 dollars but they do have specials. Lovely dress shirts from about 40 to over 100. Good quality shoes for 150 and up. No junk , nice suits from 400

My fiancé and I purchased a custom made suit from Moores earlier this year. Right after receiving the notification the suit was in, Moores closed all of their locations due to Covid-19. Our custom made suit that is fully paid for is currently sitting in the Langley location, and our wedding is in two weeks. The only way to reach them is via one email, and it doesn't even go to the Langley location. It goes to head office and the reply is "We do not plan to open any of our locations any time soon". We have sent multiple emails and only gotten one reply. We want the suit that we have fully paid for and is sitting in the Langley location. It does not break any Covid restrictions or guidelines to "curbside pickup" suits/ mens wear that has already been ordered.I understand not wanting to offer alterations or the ordering of new suits, or their rental program. Other bridal shops are currently honouring previous transactions. We have spent ALOT of money here on a custom suit, and we were excited to have it for our big day (that has already had to drastically change in regards to covid).The least we would like to have is both of us looking our best. Do not shop here. They do not care about their customers or their customers needs. We are completely unimpressed, and clearly it is not just a one location issue but an issue that stems all the way to head office and upper management. Sorry for the length. UPDATE: They responded to this review, so I decided to email that exact email that I have emailed already over 10 times. Their "Moores Listens" does not listen, they respond with a script with no helpful or useful information. There has literally been 0% help of any kind.
