H&R Block

Made an appointment online at the H&R website for 0930...when I arrived at 0925 I see the door is locked and I see that their office hours are from 10am to 6 or whatever Called Customer service and didn't even get a sorry. ...poor Went to Liberty Taxes. ..done in 20mins and they were $40 cheaper

The tax expert was very polite and professional. She made the filing process quick and easy for us.

Booked an appointment online, received confirmation. Arrived at the correct time and was told the specialist I was to see was seeing someone else and I should make an appoint for another time. No explanation was given.

I have had my taxes prepared by H&R Block before and was pleased with the service. On Saturday, my taxes were prepared by a woman who was very professional, friendly and also suggested ways that I can optimize my return next year. I am very pleased with this service at this location.

Great place, very professional. The lady who helped me with my taxes, Perrya Gaji, was very kind and patient with me, and I learned more from her about what all of the numbers meant than I had from any other staff I've had in previous years. I have quite a better understanding of how it works now. I would definitely ask to have her do my taxes again next year, and recommend her to anyone else who also needs their taxes done.
