Ordered a bantam bucket on my way home. Was ready in 20 min, when promised. Order was still hot when I got home ten minutes later. Fries were crisp, seasoned nice. Great gravy. Dinner buns weren't fresh, Cole slaw was bland, and the chicken was very salty. Not terrible, but needs a redo on the seasoning/batter. I've had better chicken chef. But it was a convenient experience and I would recommend, and return.
I'm a vegetarian so didn't eat anything but a house salad. Everyone else enjoyed it though.
Every time my family and I order take out , something is missing . . . Frustrating when you pay for something and you get home and half your meal isn’t there. CHECK THE BAGS BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM TO YOUR CUSTOMERS . It’s not hard
Lowered the stars. I have ordered from here literally dozens of times, not ONE TIME have they informed their delivery person of my SPECIFIC instructions. Simple, call the number I provide when the driver is here. Not one single time have I received a call. I have to sit outside and wait or I'll lose my order.
We were the only customers in the place and it took us almost 1 hour to get our food. Then our daughters had to sent back cause it was not what we asked for. Plus it took 15 min before we got our drink refills brought back to our table. Food was good just service was extremely slow. I think there was only one sever on cause when she returned with our drinks she apologized for the wait as she was busy on the phone.
