Inexpensive, you get what you paid for. Buns are small. BBQ pork bun is super sweet...actually quite gross as a result. Coconut buns don't have much coconut flavor to them and don't have much filling either. We won't be returning.

I'm never coming back to this place again. It looks great on the outside but it seems like an old couple own this place? They need new owners or these 2 should retire. Nothing looks fresh or good. I got a BBQ pork bun and an almond cookie. Both stale. I threw them away. Every thing in the glass case was in plastic bags. Very weird. Go to China town or Richmond location.

Really friendly and good service There BBQ Pork buns are Exelent! Sweet as they are ment to be I will be returning to the store to try there other baked goods soon now that I am aware of the stores location 😁😋

The people here are so kind and so friendly! And their steamed buns are also delicious. The naysayers will say go to Richmond or Chinatown but it's easy enough to find parking here and the location is quite central. I hope this place stays around for a while!

This place is an institution. If you're hankering for Chinese dishes and baked goodies, this is the place. Tucked in Chinatown, this unassuming place is renown for their baked goods and more recently, being in the Netflix film, "Always Be My Maybe." I even got a selfie with the server who had a line or two in the movie. I asked for her autograph but she joked, "yes, $5." We will always come back to this place.
