Charlotte Sweet (Formerly known as Sweet William)

I bought a 10" Pavlova cake for my sisters birthday and I am really impressed! The cake was beautifully decorated with fruit and tasted incredible. The service is amazing, they were very accommodating to my schedule and made sure the cake was made fresh the day of. I will definitely be re ordering from here.

I was so sad when Sweet Williams closed... They made the best pavlova cake I have ever tasted. Charlotte dessert opened up in the same location and they made Pavlova so I thought I would find a replacement for SWeet Williams. NO SUCH LUCK. I wouldn't even call the cake a pavlova.. Instead it was a very tough ... Couldn't cut it with a knife kind of spongy concoction that went into the box lopsided. Needless to say the leftovers went directly into the garbage. I will never go back..... and will be searching eternally for my "Sweet William"

Huge disappointment - I have ordered a medium size Charlotte for a friend's birthday. The cake on the website looks fantastic, but when I went to pick it up the thing that was given to me has not had any resemblance with the picture. Even the size was much smaller than the usual 6 or 8 inch small cakes. It was an individual size round shaped piece of cake that was not even decorated nicely. I am wondering what would be the advertised small size .... I learned my lesson - never order something that you have not seen on display. Rate: take all the stars -1.
