Very good food served for decades
After my last visit (Sunday, Sept. 20th), I left Steinbach Chicken Chef feeling like an unwanted pest rather than a valued customer. Ended up going to Mary Brown's and ordered from them instead. Cora, the "manager" is really doing the other chicken franchises and restaurants in town a huge favor, your loss, their gain I suppose.
EDIT: As you can see, they sent an email to me requesting to hear about my experience, I replied and have yet to hear anything from them, that was 3 months ago. You state that customer feedback is valuable to your establishment. Clearly it is not. What happened to you guys?? You used to be so much better.
Going here always brings back childhood memories. Glad this restaurant is still around. And still a great place to eat
