Forêt Noire Pâtisserie

This cafe deserves more than 5 stars. This is what was actually missing in Vancouver. A truly professional french style patisserie, super beautiful and delicious pastries, great tasting coffee, and guess what, they do super beautiful and delicious custom designed cakes too. I believe they just have the best macrons in the city using their own initial material ( not the ready to bake ones ) and they recently have added awesome sandwiches too. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mazen as well and he is truly loving what he is doing.

Great sandwich in fresh dense baguette like you don't usually find in Vancouver. Nice boxed presentation and side salad.

It was my first time to visit the place. The minute we entered the place we couldn't resist the fresh pastries smell. My husband, I and my two kids bought four different fancy cake pieces, stuffed dates and lots of their yummy macrons. It's my favorite patisserie now in vancouver and I highly recommend the place and will have a lot of returns

Really disappointing. Bought two individual cakes for dessert, expensive at just under 20 dollars, but special occasion & they looked wonderful. They were dry inside and the sponge in one tasted odd, almost as if it was a few days old. Not recommended.

I recently discovered this place and love their desserts. Opéra Cake is a must try. Staff wears masks and their decor is adorable!
