Saint Germain Bakery

St. Germaine Bakery at Oakridge mall is closed. There is a mini Safeway nearby with a good selection of basic and frozen groceries, household basics and a pharmacy. No fresh meats or fresh seafood--you would have to go to the larger Safeway at King Edward and Oak for a wider selection of groceries.

Cake is not being delivered for order no BC-32677 which is scheduled for 15th Aug. Completely disheartened by the service as Saint Germain Bakery has spoiled our event. This is something really not done and unprofessional. Is this the way you treat your customers????...This will be surely escalated as money has been deducted and order has been placed too but no delivery...b’day celebration has been already done without this cake so need proper explanations and refund of money too ....kindly respond at the earliest...

Placed an order on uber eats and they accepted it. They then told me they did not have all the buns for my order. I ordered 5-6 different kinds to which they told me they had only 2 kinds. Saint Germain told me to cancel because they cannot after accepting to prep the order. I had to pay for Saint Germain’s mistake on Uber Eats. It is unfair that I could not get a refund of over $15 dollars. I already contacted Uber Eats and cannot get a refund though it is not my fault. DO NOT ORDER UBER EATS FROM THEM.

Unbelievable! I bought 4 of those "cupcakes". The ones with plastic package from the shelf beside the wall. I noticed a lot molds growing on 3 of them a day later. Now I'm wondering if there were mold on the one I ate yesterday. Note that none of which I bought were on discount and nobody said anything about them.

Great diversity of products, all look very fresh and well made. Their service is fast and polite. I loved the ginger bread biscuits I had bought for the kids.
