Easily in my top 3 restaurants in Vancouver. The food is top notch, whether you are ordering off of their regular menu or their features - I have ordered a different dish each time I visited, and have always left impressed. They also have several options for vegetarians, which is definitely appreciated. On top of the great food, their cocktails are creative and reasonably priced. The owners and staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere is cozy. They are passionate about what they do and it shows through!

I have been there two times and each time with different purpose. and I had great experiences at both times. The first time was when I was looking for a job and brought a resume to them. It was late afternoon and the server lady was busy reorganizing or cleaning. but, she was very kind to me and let me speak with the owner right away. The owner was very nice and a welcoming person. They were staffed due to slower season (it was early fall), and I didn't have an opportunity there. but the way they treated me only left me good feelings. The second visit was when I went there for a few drinks with friends in winter. Very often, non-Canadian people get mistreated when they are speaking their own languages to each other in Western food establishments, sadly. I guess we give an impression that we won't be able to communicate with them? but, this restaurant was so different! The server treated us in the exact same way as she would do with the people from Canada, and that made my whole group very happy. We were there for happy hour and we ordered 4, 5 dishes from the happy hour menu, if I remember it correctly. They were all very tasty. The whole experience there was great and I cannot wait to come back there :)

One of my favourite places. Food is always interesting and delicious. Not the fare you find in every other restaurant in Vancouver. Decor is funky. The staff is great!

We really enjoyed the Wild Mushroom Gnocchi & Fish & Chips. Fresh, flavorful; each was a good portion. Service & drinks were also good in a cozy, eclectic environment. Will definitely return & recommend.

This is a unique gem along main street. With an eclectic menu of tasty treats it is one of those places I go out of my way for. Their brunches are fantastic, their lunches are just as good, but sadly in the 15+ yrs I've be going here I've never managed dinner. Though what I've seen being offered I'm sure it is as special an experiance as any other time of day. Do yourself a favour, stop by and take a look, the decor is as unique as the menu the coffee and other 'Beverages' are exceptional and the warmth of the staff makes the experiance one worth your time and hard earned money.
