Had happy hour a couple of weeks ago. Beer was on the lighter side...had the wheat ale and lager would have been even lighter. Ordered calamari, a bit on the smaller side but fried nicely and tasted good. Had the fish taco as well...also small with only 1 taco for $5; however, tasted very good with the salsa and coleslaw. Also ordered small steak dinner...thinly cooked steak was delicious, had the charred flavour and cooked nicely. Came with some spring mix that wasn't that exciting and a boiled potato. Steak was good but the sides that came with it wasn't anything to rave about. Would have been much better if it came with some grilled veggies or rice pilaf. I would give this place 3.5 stars...good casual place for some snacks.

Worst service ever. I didn’t get my pizza, dips, half my order miss him. Called the restaurant they did nothing about it. The food that didn’t come was cold. The worst. Don’t order from them. Got a try harder. Just trying to support a small local restaurant

The staff is nice and the food is usually pretty good. I have been there a few times and there is some inconsistency about the food, but overall good. They have good daily specials for food and drinks. It's basically your standard neighborhood place. Won't blow you away, but there's a core of regulars who give it a comfortable feel. Pizza Monday is one of the best deals in the city right now. $13 for a large pizza and $4 glasses of red wine to wash it down.

Totally awesome lil place with a cool bar and good atmosphere. The service was friendly and great, I also enjoyed their craft beer selection wholeheartedly. The steam works glasses that tell you when it's time to order another round were my fave part!

Two seniors who are not even drinkers found very good hamburgers, lamb skewers, and fried zucchini and eggplant fritters and calamari in this calm, laid back and comfortable spot. A perfect spot for lunch with very reasonably priced menu items.
