Great selection of beer! But most importantly the food is top shelf. Order any of the poutine combinations and you will not be disappointed

This place gives off a real negative vibe inside. Staff aren’t very friendly. Prices aren’t the best. However the classic burger tastes exactly like a classic double from Wendy’s. I thought it tasted amazing.

It was closed as far as I could tell the whole building was covered in tarp and scaffolding with signs saying sizmic renovations in progress well at least it is good know an earthquake won't affect the building when it is reopened

Terrible experience. As someone who regularly reviews restaurants and experiences through my Instagram blog @thelittlebigfoodie I was really disappointed. Firstly we were not given a seat on arrival and then told we could sit anywhere (I assume the tables were sanitized prior to this). When we took our seats it was about ten minutes before the waitress Marie came over to us and asked had we already ordered . I explained we had not yet been given a menu and she just pointed at the wall where there was a small sticker to bring us onto the online menu. I explained we hadn't been told this and she just ignored me. Several minutes later she came back and we ordered our drinks. I asked for a Bailey's coffee and she said it would take 5 minutes to brew fresh coffee and I said no problem. My coffee came a minute later, cold and sour as if the coffee had been there for hours and the baileys opened for months. It came in a white mug and I could not drink it. To get the bill we waited half hour before having to ask the bartender Sean as Marie was out chatting to customers who appeared to be friends of hers for ages so we had to ask Sean for the bill. I explained to Sean my coffee was cold and sour and I could not drink it and I also told him about the bad service. He did not apologize, he just looked at me and handed the bill. I asked if there was a manager about and he said not tonight. He looked as though he couldn't have cared less and did not apologize and I had to pay for my coffee. Needless to say I will not be returning to The Five Point. Extremely dissatisfied.

I had personally banned this place 7 years ago but I couldn't remember why so decided to give it another try. We finally moved back to Vancouver and went in. No sign saying to wait to be seated, so we seated ourselves. Sat there for a few minutes, no acknowledgment by the staff even though they were facing us. It wasn't busy - about 5 guys sitting around the bar with drinks in hand.We watched the server very excitedly hug the bartender which is fine I guess. That's not very covid-safe though. Yup, now I remember why I banned it 7 years ago. I remember going in and watching the servers jump up onto the bartenders and basically ride them.
