Their fridge selling cold product is actually quite warm (maybe 10-11°C.) I bought a couple of things from here. When I discovered how warm they were and how badly it tasted at that temperature I tried to return the separate unopened and sealed product very promptly but the manager didn’t want to do it. He ended up doing it on the condition that he wouldn’t make another return for me in the future even if it was the fault of their own. He also told me a lie that it’s against the law to accept a return (which isn’t true.) Beware.

In a recent visit I entered wearing a face covering, I was mocked and told not to believe the covid "rumors". At witch point I noticed the same staff member not wearing a face covering. I think this behaviour quite unprofessiona. Will not visit agin
