Flower Factory

We've had beautiful bunches of flowers from Flower Factory over the years. Recently we ordered a bunch for someone and left it up to designers choice. The bouquet was sophisticated but not right for the intended recipient. Even though they were flat tack on two large events, they took the time to make up a different bouquet, and were totally lovely about it. Great customer service.

Really cute little shop with tons of gifting options. A little pricey, but they're all high quality items, so I understand. Unfortunately, I don't understand how the bouquet that I requested to be priced at 20-25 ended up being 39 when I paid. Otherwise, a great experience and gorgeous arrangement.

Staff Kalen was very kind and his floral arrangement for my family was more than what I asked for. I 10/10 would recommend going here just because of him! Just amazing 😊
