Friendly service even I am first time there. The price is reasonable and has great presentation. Just give her the budget and she will make the bonquet on budget.

They delivered to the wrong location for a FUNERAL - completely UNACCEPTABLE! At least that is the story they told us. We did not find out until we walked into the chapel on the day of and it was completely empty around the casket. Our family spoke to them on the phone to discuss details a couple times beforehand and also met in person for the payment. We made it very clear the date, location and time of the funeral. Not sure how the location can be mistaken - we clearly said Forest Lawn in Burnaby and they said they were very familiar with the location. On the day of the funeral, the funeral director helped us call them and they told the funeral director that they did not receive an order under our family's name. Then we called the florist directly and the lady who picked up sounded very panicked and said it will be on the way but they needed at least 30 minutes. They are lucky there was not another funeral scheduled after us so we had the extra time to wait. My family members were sobbing and crying even harder due to this stress. An already horrible day was made even worse. It has almost been 2 days since the funeral and no one from the florist has called to even apologize for the mistake or try to make the situation right. My family didn't even ask for a refund or make the situation hard for them because they are still grieving. I understand that they are a small business run by a family but this is a HUGE mistake that should be addressed. Edit: It has been 4 days since and still have not received a call to apologize or address the situation.

Carmen at Lily's is professional and helpful in dealing with Chinese traditional sympathy wreath. The Chinese family relationships addressing on printing the ribbons She delivered the wreath on the viewing night before the memorial day. Recipient family is well satisfied. Besides it is an interprovincial business order, that is why I wrote this review to show my appreciation. Thank you again

I love this place. It's where I get all of my flowers. I always have a good interaction when I'm there and they always help out with any questions I have. I've gotten bouquets, corsage and boutonnieres. If you're looking for something better than the generic grocery store bouquets this is the place to go.

Shop has been around for ages. Maybe 20+ years. Owner knows what they are doing. Flowers are not the best quality, but if looking to keep the wallet happy, not a terrible choice
