Suzanne and her team are miracle florists. Our wedding got postponed from May to September (a whole new floral season!). Suzanne and her team brought my vision to life, more so than I could have ever imagined. I was a fairly specific bride in that I had a vision in mind for most things (what bride doesn't!?!) and when I walked into our venue and saw the florals, I could hardly believe it. It was ABSOLUTELY stunning - quite possibly the most gorgeous floral setup I have ever seen. My bridal bouquet was perfect, I told Suzanne I wanted 70% blush and 30% white, the corsages were beautiful and the boutineers were an exact replica of what I had explained I wanted. The photos speak for themselves in how magical it all looked. I am so grateful to Suzanne and her team for working so hard, and putting up with me for 1.5 years!! They outdid themselves and I will always remember that moment walking into the venue and seeing the most stunning flowers. Thank you Suzanne!! You are the best!

The flower arrangement (Signature Vase Arrangement - small) was beautiful (!!!) and definitely looked like the $120 value. The ordering process wasn't the easiest, but if you follow the instructions it was fairly painless.

Here's hoping my order went through.... probably one of the worst websites for ordering flowers I've ever come across. Appalling. Took 4 goes to get my order accepted. Have previously ordered flowers by ringing the shop (I live in Australia) which has worked ok. Here's hoping ... will follow up with a review once the recipient has received the bouquet. Frustrated customer.

Amazing service, incredibly helpful staff. I went in with no real idea of what I wanted and they helped me make a beautiful bouquet within my budget. I will definitely be back for all my floral needs! Thank you!

This rating is posted on behalf of Switzerland Tourism North America. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID Granville Island Florist. Our company credit card was overcharged CAD 1’700.- in April 2019 and a refund was requested back then. It is end of October 2019 now and we still have not received the refund yet despite over 70 phone calls and emails to the company and the owner. All checks sent to us were frozen / uncovered. It’s a nightmare!
